Attendees Responsibilities

Player Contract

This camp means something. To us, to the coaches, and to every player who has a spot here. We built 20/20 around the idea that real development happens when players are challenged, supported, and surrounded by others who are locked in on the same goal. That only works when everyone holds up their end.

Before the first whistle blows, we ask that every player and their parent or guardian read and sign the Player Contract below. Read it together. Talk about it. It is a straightforward commitment, and we think it sets the right tone for the week ahead.

Camp will have moments that are loud, loose, and a little chaotic — that is part of it and we love it. It will also have moments that require every player’s full attention, and during those times we expect focus. Players who make it hard for others to get what they came here for may see their field time reduced. If that pattern continues, we may ask a player to take a day away from camp before returning.

We do not take those decisions lightly, and they are always made with the player’s development in mind. Every kid here chose to be here. We want to make sure every kid here feels that from the people around them too.

Elite Skills Camp – Player Commitment Contract

At our camp, we believe that improvement is earned through effort, attitude, and a willingness to learn. This environment is designed for players who want to challenge themselves, step outside their comfort zone, and grow both as athletes and as people.

You do not need to be the best player to attend this camp — but you must bring the right mindset.

By participating in this camp, each player agrees to the following standards:

1. Attitude & Effort

  • I will give my best effort in every session, regardless of the activity or difficulty.
  • I will stay engaged, focused, and ready to learn at all times.
  • I understand that improvement comes through hard work, not shortcuts.

2. Coachability

  • I will listen to coaches and apply feedback immediately.
  • I am open to making mistakes and learning from them.
  • I will not make excuses — I will take responsibility for my development.

3. Positive Mindset

  • I will embrace challenges and step outside my comfort zone.
  • I understand that mistakes are part of growth and will not let them discourage me.
  • I will encourage myself and others, helping create a positive training environment.

4. Respect

  • I will show respect to coaches, teammates, and the facility at all times.
  • I will compete hard, but always with good sportsmanship.
  • I understand that disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Work Ethic & Competitiveness

  • I will compete in every drill and game with intensity and purpose.
  • I will push myself to improve daily, even when things get difficult.
  • I will not take repetitions or opportunities for granted.

6. Team Environment

  • I will support my teammates and contribute to a strong group atmosphere.
  • I understand that everyone is at a different stage, and I will respect that.
  • I will lead by example through my actions and attitude.

7. Commitment to Development

  • I am here to improve my ball mastery, decision-making, and ability in 1v1 and game situations.
  • I will apply myself fully in all learning moments, including technical work and game play.
  • I will leave each session better than I arrived.

Final Understanding

This camp is designed for players who are serious about improving and who want to be part of a high-energy, positive, and challenging environment.

Players who consistently do not meet these standards may be removed from sessions to protect the quality and focus of the group.
