Our group sessions focus on 1v1s and overload scenarios, covering all aspects of the game, from attacking and defensive organization to transitional play. You’ll master essential skills for every situation, starting with footwork in an ‘unopposed’ setting. From there, we progress to practicing against defenders in ‘semi-opposed’ situations, and finally, we test your abilities in full-speed 1v1s or overloads. Over our 12-week program, we’ll tackle various scenarios like lateral and vertical 1v1s, handling pressure from all directions, and honing quick-thinking skills in transitional games. We also emphasize defensive principles and teach the lost art of tackling techniques. With our carefully structured sessions, you’ll gain confidence with the ball, win your 1v1 duels, and enhance your striking, finishing, and evasion skills. Our training builds physical literacy, fitness, and intensity, ensuring you’re ready for any game challenge. While our lessons are fun, we set high expectations, and our players always rise to meet them, delivering the growth we know they’re capable of.

Big skills, small groups
Theme 1 - Lateral escape
Side to side movements are crucial in the game. Whether you are creating space for a shot or to play that killer pass, you have to know how to beat your check laterally. In Theme 1 we go over how to off balance the defender using moves, turns, and skill combinations to evade and break free from pressure.
Theme 2 - Vertical Escape
Getting around a defender is one of the best ways to create an offensive overload on the field. If you can break a defensive line with a dribble, you will be incredibly valuable to any team you play on. In “Theme 2” we go over some of the best ways to off balance your defenders and drive past them with deception and speed.
Theme 3 - Back Pressure
Often the best way to get out of pressure when a player is on your back is with a pass. Top players often find themselves in positions where solving the problem with a dribble is the #1 option. Whether receiving the ball with a defender on your back, or trying to escape.
